Details: This 4 bedroom home has 2 Master Suites. The upstairs Master Suite has a Cal-King bed and a large soaking tub with a skylight in the bathroom. The downstairs Master Suite has a Queen size bed and a small bathroom, with a stand up shower. The guest room (bedroom 3) has a queen bed. The bunk room (bedroom 4) has a double and twin bunk set. It has 3 bright, clean bathrooms (2 private Master baths).

House Rules

 

This is our family vacation home. We ask that you treat it as if it was your own, and enjoy it as if it was yours as well. Absolutely no smoking or pets in the house or on the outside deck areas. Please do not exceed 10 persons in the home at any time as any complaints of overbooking of the maximum allowed (10), can cause the reservation to be canceled without refund. Cleaning fee includes customary bathroom sanitation, vacuum, dusting, and standard cleaning of entire 1,700 sf home including washing linens and making all beds. Guests are required to wash all soiled pots/pans/dishes and remove all trash and perishables from inside the property to the trash receptacles inside the garage upon check out. Both trash and recycle bins are located inside of the garage. Our cleaning crew charges $75/hr for any excess cleaning or trash removal, if required. Guest Occupancy Agreement will be sent via e-mail upon reservation confirmation.

Our neighborhood is located in the Highlands area of Lake Arrowhead which is one of the Highest peaks offering spectacular views of the San Bernardino Mountains. Just 5 minutes from the Lake and the town of Blue Jay, you'll have a short drive to a movie theatre, Jensen's Grocery, Starbucks, and a sports grill/bar.

The home comes with lake rights and access/membership to the Tavern Bay Beach Club, Burnt Mill Beach Club and Grass Valley Park Beach Clubs, as well as access to their private beaches (beach season opens in April). 

Are you a Country Club Member? We are situated above the Lake Arrowhead Country Club. If you belong to a Country Club, bring your clubs and have your golf pro call and schedule you a tee time. The Lake Arrowhead Country Club offers 9-hole and 18-hole rates to Country Club Members visiting the mountains.

“One word. PERFECT. It looks just like the pictures and the view is even better than the pictures. The living room has vaulted ceilings and it’s all covered in GORGEOUS dark wood. It feels like a luxurious ski lodge, but it has all of the amenities of a 5 star resort. The furniture was fantastic and the leather lazy boy chair was quite possibly the most comfortable chair I have ever sat on. It was right by the fireplace so I spent a majority of my time there drinking wine while it snowed outside. Soo relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cooking gadgets and spices you could ever want or need and the deck is gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. We actually felt like we were in a tree house. We were lucky enough to get snow and that made the experience even more beautiful. We played board games and drank wine by the fireplace all weekend. It was a perfect relaxing get away. Michael was incredibly hospitable and helpful. There was a card and a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival and the home was sparkling clean. We will definitely be back- 5 Stars all the way.”
